The Nurse's Cap (ナースキャップ, Nurse Cap?) is a Cap-class head armor found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.

In Golden Sun: The Lost Age

In The Lost Age, it can be found in a treasure chest in Madra that can only be reached by walking from the second floor of the inn across the roofs of the weapon, armor, and item shops. It can only be equipped by female Adepts: Jenna, Sheba, and Mia. The Nurse's Cap can be Used as an item by an Adept able to equip it both in and out of battle (but it does not actually have to be equipped, needing only be in that Adept's inventory) to emulate the Cure Psynergy to cure an Adept's HP by around 70. However, there is always a chance that it will break each time it is used.

The Nurse's Cap can be acquired fairly early in The Lost Age, which is also when equipment like this is most needed. Although individual players may not use it much depending on their preferred method of healing, it at least serves as a trump card to be used when out of Herbs and unable to perform healing Psynergy. Also, it is the strongest headgear available to Jenna and Sheba at the time, so it has a practical use for any player. However, as stated above, it may be replaced fairly soon depending on what method of HP recovery the player in question prefers.

In Golden Sun: Dark Dawn

In Dark Dawn, it is found in a cabinet in a house located in the village of Te Rya Village, and can only be equipped by the female Adepts Karis, Sveta, and Himi. Since Te Rya Village lies at a significantly later point in its own game's respective play time compared to that of The Lost Age, its usefulness as a piece of armor with the same low Defense rating and meager Use effect is almost nonexistent. Karis will have equipped the stronger Glittering Tiara, while Sveta will have a stronger Mail Cap. Depending on the player's healing methods, they may choose to keep it in the inventory simply for its healing ability. However, the wide variety of healing Psynergy available by this point generally outclass the Nurse's Cap's function.
