The Cyclone Chip (サイクロンのピース, Piece of Cyclone?) is a Utility Psynergy item featured in Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It bestows the Cyclone Psynergy, and it can generate a whirlwind around the user that blows away foliage, uncovering significant rewards underneath.
The Cyclone Chip is acquired by Felix in Madra from its mayor as a reward for getting the dread pirate Briggs incarcerated in Alhafra and thus proving that Piers, who was incarcerated in Madra for Briggs' crimes, is innocent. While it does not immediately have a use in Felix's quest, it will be particularly instrumental in climbing both Jupiter Lighthouse and Mars Lighthouse because casting Cyclone near a whirlwind-shaped structure on the ground will send the party to a different floor of the dungeon.
